#Mount Check

Mount Check helps you confirm your Bee has a clear, level view of the road so your mapping data is accurate. This step is critical -- poor mount positioning can result in unusable imagery and lower mapping rewards. Complete this check after initial installation and whenever you remount your Bee.

1. Connect Bee Maps App to your Bee.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Go to Bee.
4. Go to Mount Check (video demo).
5. Follow the instructions on-screen to adjust the camera's Clarity and Tilt so the road view is sharp and properly aligned.

#Tips for improving mount quality

#Check your mounting rating

• Open Bee Maps App -> Settings -> Profile.
• Look for your mount rating (higher stars = better quality).

To improve your mount rating, try these adjustments: reposition the Bee closer to the windshield center, adjust the tilt angle, ensure the device is level side-to-side, or move to one of the approved mount positions shown in the Power and Mount guide.
